Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with Ever Ambitious, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 30th of each month. Email everambitiousbrand@gmail.com or login to your account and click on cancel.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. 
If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
